The OYA Scale Up Initiative is an intensive entrepreneurship program designed to support 150 Black-owned businesses over the course of 3 years. The program consists of 3 distinct program modules;
Scale Up Business Bootcamp: A 5-month Business Affairs Boot Camp
Scale Up Immersive: A 5 month Immersive Lab
Scale Up Masterclass: Year-long Masterclasses with industry experts
